Senior Account & Finance Exec (Retail Fashion-MYOB)

• Responsibilities:

Support in the overall Finance and Accounts matters.

• Handle full set management account and comply with regulation.

Responsible to liaise with external auditors, tax consultant, bankers, creditors, debtors, government authority and other related parties on all financial and accounts matters.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.

Review and analyze financial results, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, system enhancement and analyzing organization operations.

• Responsible for the Companys accounting and financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, analyzing variances; and developing improvements.

Design, plan, implement and improve the accounting and financial policies and procedures.

• Handle full set of accounts and responsible for month-end/ year-end financial closing activities, journal postings and prompt submission of relevant reports to Management.

Preparation of Monthly /Quarterly / Yearly Management Reports.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelors degree in accounting /finance or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years working experience and preferably in Retail Fashion & Accessories Industry.

• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, Independent, meticulous and be able to work under pressure and tight deadline.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information effectively to diverse audiences. Must speak and read in Mandarin.

• Proficient in accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax compliance will be added advantage.

Computer literate, knowledge of MYOB will be added advantage.

• To attend Company meetings, trainings and other ad hoc activities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
