Position: Senior Account Executive
Salary Range: MYR 4,000 - MYR 8,000 per month
Working Hours: 5 working days per week, 8 hours per day (flexible clock-in time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.- Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end close processes.
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation.- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
