Requirements- Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or similar Professional Qualification in accounting.
Preferable at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the accounting firm and 2 year(s) of working experience in the relevant position.- Knowledge of accounting standards, principles and procedures.
Familiar with accounting software.
- Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
Responsible, discrete and able to handle confidential information.Mandarin
and English (spoken & written). Handle full set accounts. Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the accounts departments and ensure timely and accurate accounting data entries.- Process employee reimbursement and petty cash claim.
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other regulatory bodies.
- Audits: Assist with audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
To perform office general administrative duties.- To perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.
