Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

• Location: Lakefields, Sungai Besi

We are a manufacturing company specializing in high-quality small leather goods, including bags, belts, wallets, and shoes. Located in Lakefields, within walking distance from the Sungai Besi LRT/MRT station, we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and dedication to excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Account Executive to join our team and support our financial operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including a full set of accounts, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial analyses to provide key insights to the management team.

Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements and forecasts.

• Oversee financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements, managing tax planning and filing processes effectively, such as SST for Malaysia.

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and posting of related adjustments to sales.

Record and reconcile all collections from online and offline sources with bank statements and follow up on any discrepancies.

• Manage the collection of outstanding debts and resolve payment discrepancies, conducting regular credit reviews and assessments to minimize credit risks.

Oversee timely and accurate collection and payments for rentals, utilities, and all recurring expenses.

• Monitor and track KPIs, providing regular updates monthly.

Prepare and present credit control reports to senior management.

• Handle ad hoc tasks as required.

• Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or a related field.

• Proficiency in SQL accounting software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Salary and Benefits:

Salary: Up to RM 4,500 per month.
