Job Descriptions- Preparations, recording and checking of Accounts Payable/Receivables
Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.- Complete weekly bank reconciliations to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.
- Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
Credit Control reporting- Any other ad hoc accounting/administrative assignment.
Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
