Role Description:- Handle full sets of accounts and all finance related matters for auditing purposes.
Handle daily account operation and data entry.- Handle account receivable & monthly report.
Assist in accounts payable monthly scheduled & issuance cheques to suppliers.
- Handle and follow-up all tuition fees related enquiries including fee collection.
Assist in new student registration & advice up-to-the student accounts real time information.- Assist in new student study grant application Intake Jan/May/Sept (follow schedule 3 times a year).
Assist in EPF withdrawal application (upon request & semester basis).
- Assist in issuance payment advice to student.
To handle student study loan application (PTPTN/KOJADI/Others agency).- Undertaking other ad-hoc tasks/duties of similar nature.
Possess Associate's degree/diploma in accounting, business, administration, or relevant field.- Possess at least 3-5 years of accounting experience.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Xero, SQL etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
