JOB DESCRIPTION- Supervising the accounting team on various issues encountered during the daily work and heavily involved in problem-solving.
Oversee, manage and prepare the property development divisions companies and projects accounting records, systems, controls, and procedures to enable efficient cost accounting and reporting for analysis and budgeting purposes.- To compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
To prepare financial management reports, and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closes.
- To prepare yearly budget/forecast, cash flow, and business plan.
To develop and maintain financial databases, financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.- To ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, taxation, and internal control.
To prepare and implement tax planning and liaise with auditors and tax agents. Handling tax computation and tax estimation and ensuring compliance with all tax compliance.
- To liaise with other external parties such as company secretary, bankers, lawyers, and government authorities on related job matters. Liaising with bankers on funding requirements.
To prepare and update monthly cash flow estimates and ensure effective treasury management.- To undertake time to time task from Head of Department or Management.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
