Job Responsibilities- Prepare cashflow accounts, handling and monitoring on accounts payable and account receivable and collections.
Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Companys policies.- Perform payment processing function such as preparing banking transactions (both online and manual).
Preparation and issuing of account receivable reminders and related credit control tasks and reporting.
- Prepare monthly periodical and ad-hoc reports.
Payroll and statutory related processing.- Any other accounting and admin duties assigned by the management from time to time.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent are required.
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent will be an added advantage.- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
