Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations to relevant department
Managing financial risk including liquidity, solvency, and capital structure and ensuring regulatory compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Lead team member to achieve savings strategies through improved internal controls & create extra income for company
Leading and coaching a team managers being responsible for team performance, as well as team member growth and professional development
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as company secretary, auditors and tax authorities.
You are required to handle HR duties like payroll compliance and professionally address personnel issues across departments and provide appropriate advice.
Job Requirements
Minimum education qualification in Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
At least 2 years of working experience in accounting.
Languages: Mandarin speaking is a plus, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in MS Power Point, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word;
Must possess own transport and be a Malaysian citizen.
