As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Account and Finance Executive to join our team.

• Key Responsibilities:

Possess the knowledge in preparation of full set of accounts is essential.

• Lead the preparation of accurate monthly and yearly financial statements, ensuring they comply with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and analysis, providing insightful feedback and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

• Manage the accounts payable and receivable, enhancing processes for efficiency and accuracy in transaction processing and reconciliations.

Lead tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings and optimizing the companys tax position.

• Mentor and support the professional development of junior finance team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring the companys financial operations run smoothly.

• Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field, with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance

Deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations and financial compliance frameworks.

• Good analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Good leadership capabilities, with a track record of mentoring teams and fostering a culture of growth and improvement.

• Good communication skills, capable of effectively presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
