Seller Support - Warehouse Bukit Raja

Seller Support:

• Job scope:

To deliver excellent CS and manage the needs of Shopee's customer (through live chats)

• Liaise with other departments as required to resolve user issues

Professionally handle the high volume of inquiries from customer

• Able to speak and write in English fluently

Able to speak and write in English fluently

• Have experience in shoee live (other live also can)

Working days: 5 days a week, 2 day off (1 weekend and 1 weekday)

Working hours:

• 00am to 6.00pm (including 1 hour break)
• 12.00am to 2.00am - if and when required during campaign only _(The 2 hours will be deducted from their normal working hours)_

Salary Package:

Basic: RM2,500OT: Based on EA (if required)

• Statutory Benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave & Sick Leave): Based on EA

• Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A team player with high level of dedication.

• Fluently communicate in basic English/ Bahasa to facilitate effective communication with sellers and customers.
