Job Responsibilities:
Concerned in overall operation and coordination on the Department and compliance with establishing Security Department policies
To handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guest of the hotel
Personally carry out periodical day and night check to all locations in the hotel, where security personnel is being deployed as well as other key points of importance
Ensure that all security systems function smoothly. Initiate immediate corrective action when fault is detected
Assist Management, employees and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives
Monitor back of house areas with particular attention to unauthorized entry and exit points
Maintains records in respective Log Books for future reference
Conduct inventory on keys, passes, walkie-talkies, pagers and all other accountable stock
Supervise outsource guards
Other tasks as assigned by the management
