To monitor and ensure all contracted security guard functioning well.
To secure company property & safety of employees.
To provide overall report to Security Executive / Security Head / HR Department on security matters.
To ensure visitors / contractors follow the procedures of the factory when entering the company premises as per companys standing order.
To control vehicles entering & leaving according to the procedures.
To check & control all the employees to follow companys rules and regulations.
To ensure all guards to patrol company premises & to maintain clocking at all points as stipulated in the procedures.
To be well groom, clean and smart while on duty.
To be committed to and co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce companys Safety & Health rules and regulations.
To carry out direction given by the company from time to time.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in armed forces or security management
With basic knowledge of computer
Must have valid license B2 & D
Able to drive manual car
Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Able to work independently under minimum supervision
