Job description / Key Responsibilities of the Position- To ensure the security and safety of all. Frequently patrolled and immediately reported to FCC for any defect / broken glass /leaking /critical activities and act
To ensure that all equipment, fixture, installation and whatever items are intact safe and safe from theft- To assist in ensuring contractors / sub. Contractors / Visitor / suppliers and their worker have legal security passes and working permit when working in the building.
To ensure that no illegal activities such as gambling, drinking party, drug and ect within our building area.
- To assist/ escort parking staff in daily collection.
To ensure that all lift and escalator are in smooth operation.- To ensure that all free exists / entrance, escape stairways are free from obstruction at all time
To ensure that SMOKING is prohibited inside our building.
- To ensure no vandalism within the building area.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Must display professionalism and confidence.
Good customer service skills.- SPM Holder (4 credit) or with Auxiliary Police Training Certificate is value added
Minimum 1 year work experience.
- Ex-Police and Ex-Army with PB certification is an advantage.
