Lead the Safety Committee- Assess and lead the effective and professional image and conduct of the Security and Safety Team
Advocate and plan for strategic security and safety enhancements to schools physical plant
- Advocate and plan for strategic security and safety enhancements to the school's operations and procedures
Ensure security and safety affairs are appropriately resourced- Furnish regular reports regarding the security and safety operations; including but limited to performance reviews, balance sheets, and evaluation of security and safety performance/results
Advise the leadership team regarding any and all security and safety matters
Degree with minimum 5-6 years in OSH and Security managing experience.
- Proficient in Safety and Security related legislation and practices.
Experience in implementing effective strategies and procedure relating to Safety and Security topics.- Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely to the management team/department PIC.
Ability to identify problem and recommend solutions, adept problem-solving skill and reliable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to lead/guide security team and Safety Committee.
* Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills, both written and verbal.
