Job Purpose
Lead and drive the development of business analysis and market research which include but not limited to short, medium and long term supply, demand and price forecast for existing feedstock and products, cash cost competitive analysis, benchmarking analysis and product portfolio analysis and market feasibility study for further downstream investment in order to facilitate the Management's decision making to deliver the most optimum returns and value while safeguarding company's interests.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum engineering or other related field.
- Minimum 10 years working experience, preferably in oil and gas industry with exposure in Marketing & Trading, Refining, Manufacturing or Planning functions.
- Relevant experience with well-known price publications/ research / consulting firm is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of crude, petroleum, and petrochemical markets, product properties, applications and prices.
- Proven experience of building or maintaining a robust price forecasting models.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
