Job Description- Provide admin support to management.
Assist the CEO in managing their to-do list, helping to prioritize tasks, and ensuring essential deadlines are met.- Billing clients & send reminders to clients if they have not paid.
Records management & proper filling.
- Compile reports & handle license renewal.
Attend & host selected meetings on behalf of the Director.- Assist the Director in some personal errands to save his time.
Manage CEO's personal credit card payments, tenancy agreements, motor/ car insurance renewal, vehicle license, membership renewal, company BR renewal, and other household affair.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Familiarity with meeting writing and reporting techniques.
- Excellent in organizational and time-management skills.
Outstanding in English & Chinese communication.- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
