Position: Secretary Executive/ Personal Assistant/ PA
Salary Up To RM5000
Location: Kapar, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the MD.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, letters, memos, reports, and other documents for MD.
Arranges travel and accommodations for MD
Responsible for company confidential files and organization records, implementing and maintaining proper filing system.
Acting on behalf of MD only when permission and instruction is given by MD.
Assist MD in drafting business proposal.
Assist MD in compilation analysis for share price and sales report.
Coordination for exhibition, meeting, samples & catalogue.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Proficient in English is essential.
Bonus added if able to translate Mandarin to English for minutes.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Words.
Computer literate.
Got corporate experience.
