Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Customer Service
- Address inquiries and provide information about the companys services.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns from clients or visitors.
Record Keeping
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Organize and file documents efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
