Job Description

Secretary

Preference will be given to candidate who does not have issue with transportation to office.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist Executive Director in preparing confidential and official correspondences, memorandum, letters, presentations, meeting minutes, etc.
Assist Executive Director in keeping all files (Softcopies and Hardcopies) organized and up to date.
  • Organize and Coordinate Executive Directors daily schedules and meetings/appointments.
Assist Executive Director on travel arrangements for local/overseas trip which includes coordination with Personal Driver, flights booking, accommodation, visa application, if necessary
  • Manage the Executive Directors personal affairs such as banking and other personal matters (restaurant booking, deliveries, etc)
Able to assist the Executive Director to coordinate and monitor progress of employees
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support in the office.
Assist in the management of daily business operations and general affairs
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Handle some of the office administrative matters such as greeting visitors, office cleaners, maintenance of office equipment, pantry supplies, etc.
  • Human Resource work such as to Update employee annual leave and medical leave records, maintain employee files, issue relevant letters and communicate Company announcements to employees, and recruitment.
Having skill in HR department is preferred
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Executive Director and as expected of a Secretary.
Undertake special assignment(s) and other ad-hoc task(s)

Competencies:


Possess a Degree or Diploma in Secretarial or related field.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Adobe
At least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
Well organized with strong PR skills, quick thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
