Job description:- Support and meet Group Chief Executive Officer's needs in an effective and efficient manner.
Manage meetings and prepare minutes where required.- Prepare reports, presentation materials, business proposals, company memorandum, business letter, etc.
To prepare writing communication on Business information in multi-languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese)
- Manage and process travel arrangement eg visa, flight, restaurant and accommodation reservations for G-CEO.
Coordinate with driver and update daily schedule and daily travel arrangement for G-CEO when required.- Organize and support events hosted by G-CEO (internal and external)
Anticipate the needs of G-CEO in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any equivalents.
- Possess 2 years experience as a personal assistant / secretary.
Must be able to communicate & write in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese language.- Good personality, strong communication skills and good time management skills.
