Responsibilities:
- Manage Managing Director's calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and other special projects.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.- Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners, maintaining positive relationships and facilitating communication.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, expense management, and office organization.
- Coordinate all aspects of internal and external meetings;
Possesses a knowledge in basic accounting, fund management, property and stock market investments will be an added advantage- Experience in the property industry will be an added advantage
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Basic Account or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Secretary or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions independently.
Ability to multitask and priorities tasks
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Excellent time management skills Great verbal and written communication skills;
- Age between 28 40 years old;
Analytical mind and good command of English in both oral & written;
