Job Responsibilities:To handle all types of Sdn Bhd companies secretarial works and discharge duties in compliance with the Companies Act
Update the Register & Minutes Books and statutory filings and familiar with MycoID, MBRS & eBos
Ensure timely and accurate lodgement or submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities in compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant laws.
To support all secretarial tasks and administrative matters of the department, such as upkeeping of the records, filing, storing (soft copies), meeting papers, etc.
To assist & support departments manager and to work as teams player with other colleagues for day-to-day departments secretarial & administration works
- Qualifications & experience:
ICSA qualification, or part ICSA qualification.
Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work.
Knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 requirements, corporate secretarial practice and otherrelated regulatory requirements.
Pleasant personality, proactive, meticulous, good interpersonal or communication skills andpossess a sense of responsibility.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to multi-task, work independently as well as a team player.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
