Manage the administrative arrangement of the project, including setting up meetings, coordinate and keep track of any meetings and business appointment.
Assist in project management, tracking progress and ensuring deadliness are met.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follows through on projects to successfully completion, often with deadlines pressures.
To attend all private secretarial duties, administrative, confidential matters and Managing Director's personal matters.
To manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, filing, travel arrangement, handling private and confidential matters.
Able to maintain strict confidential and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
Prompt replying to all correspondence without constant supervision.
Interact with external parties on behalf of Directors.
Handle and provide full range of confidential personal assistant duties.
Maintain systematic filling system for easy reference & retrieval and safe keeping of the important documents.
Manage special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required.
Coordinate with MD's on various assignment.
Must be able to work overtime.
Job Requirements
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a A Level/ Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field
Required languages(s): Mandarin speaker required to deal with our China person.
Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills
