Responsibilities :
- Responsible for creating curricular in accordance with state educational standards, lesson planning, assigning, grading homework including assessing student progress.
Investigate the building blocks of life, develop students critical thinking skills, learn and follow the scientific method.- Develop students written and verbal communication skills.
Responsible for meeting with parents, supervising students during extracurricular activities and attending professional development seminars and various other training courses.
- Maintaining a safe and student-focused classroom environment.
Job Requirements:
- At least Degree in Biology/ Science.
Minimum 5 years formal teaching in Biology/ Earth Science or relevant subject experience.- Demonstrate competency in the core academic Biology subject assigned.
General knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
- Carry out particular professional duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Principal.
