You will be part of our Process + Systems Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational + Training Excellence.
Your Role
Managing the training function by working closely with department managers + supervisors to identify training requirements, developing plans for training new + existing employees.
Your Responsibilities
You will focus on supporting the organization in achieving operational excellence by upscaling the knowledge + competencies of our teams through exceptional instructional methods, training, along with coaching + skills development. You will drive productivity organically + ensure the organization is always fully equipped for
success :-
- To provide operational systems + general business field training to new users with effective training techniques + high quality documentation. This includes conducting online training + live training.
- To ensure that all training is accurately recorded in the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
- To monitor + report the completeness of training for both hard + soft skill competencies.
- To research methods + techniques in workplace training, remaining up-to-date on developments within the industry + the competition.
- To administer assessments to determine the effectiveness of training strategies.
- To create high quality training material as per KN standards using available digital platforms/technology (myKN/Wiki) as determined by the company.
- To develop training concepts + learning paths for teams + individuals
- To drive productivity organically through upscaling the knowledge + competencies of the organization
Your Skills And Experiences
- Proven experience in training management, instructional design, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with digital training platforms and technology.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with creating and delivering both online and live training sessions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
