Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to HRBPs, on HR activities that encompasses an employee's lifecycle, such as the following (and not limited to) :
- Onboarding Induction, Onboarding Survey
- Probation / Confirmation Management and Monitoring
- Performance Management, Performance Improvement Plan and Monitoring
- Offboarding Resignation. Retirement & Contract Extension of Retirees
- Assist in managing HR enquiries.
- Perform system updates and changes, for employee movement, headcount, budgeting and tracking.
- Execute any other assignments / projects, as and when required.

- Presentation & Communications.

- IT, Data and Analytics skills.
Knowledge
- A basic degree or professional qualification in HR Management.
- Knowledge of statutory requirement & regulations (eg. Employment, EPF, SOCSO Acts etc) and HRIS system, would be advantageous.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources management.
(May consider fresh graduates).
- Meticulous, detail oriented, well-organised and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with positive attitude.
