Title: Scrum MasterWe are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide our agile teams in delivering innovative projects, including those involving AI and generative technologies. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, facilitating effective team collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with project goals.
Use tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms to track progress, manage workflows, and report on project status.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by resolving conflicts, encouraging open communication, and promoting continuous improvement.
Provide guidance on Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles across the team.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage AI and generative AI projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Act as a coach and mentor to the team, helping them improve their Agile practices and achieve project objectives.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile project management roles.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
Proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Experience in managing AI or generative AI projects is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for fostering team collaboration.
