Skill Requirements Work under pressure and fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and ensure the daily operation is smooth
Perform Health check to assure infra services (SCCM, DHCP, SEP, MDT, WSUS etc. associated) are in optimal condition and support if issues arise
Create and maintain technical documentation when required
Provide support and administration for SCCM infrastructure
Knowledge in Windows enterprise setup including Active Directory, MDT, GPO, DHCP, Networking & DFS
Scripting Knowledge like -VBScript, Power Shell, WMI
Managing SCCM collections, packages, applications, drivers, task sequences and OS
