Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP SD Functional Consultant at GECO Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore. The SAP SD Functional Consultant will be responsible for tasks related to analyzing business requirements, implementing SAP SD modules, providing consultancy services, and optimizing business processes using SAP SD functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to the Sales and Distribution module.
- Design and implement SAP SD solutions to meet business needs.
- Configure and customize the SAP SD module to support processes such as sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and logistics.
- Perform gap analysis and provide solutions for business process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop system enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP SD users.
- Document functional specifications and end-user training materials.
- Work on SAP SD integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) and FI (Financial Accounting).
- Keep up with the latest SAP SD module enhancements and updates.
- Participate in SAP projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and new implementations.
Key Requirements:- 10+ years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP SD module and associated business processes.
- Strong understanding of sales order processing, pricing, billing, and shipping.
- Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customizing.
- Familiarity with SAP MM, FI, and other related SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- SAP SD certification is a plus.
