Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our team for a global rollout project within the Coating & Roofing Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing a balance between on-site and remote work.
- Lead the global rollout of SAP SD module implementation across various regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize the SAP SD module to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other modules.
- Provide expert guidance and support in SAP SD processes such as order-to-cash, pricing, billing, and shipping.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SAP SD module.
- Conduct user training sessions and create relevant documentation to support end-users.
- Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Participate in system testing and go-live activities, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the SAP SD modules functionality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with the SAP SD module in a consulting or implementation role.
- Proven experience with global SAP rollouts, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes including order management, pricing, billing, and logistics execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot SAP-related issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid working environment.
- Hybrid working model (on-site/remote) based in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
- Occasional travel may be required for project meetings and rollout activities.
