Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a SAP MM Consultant located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The SAP MM Consultant will be responsible for Materials Management, SAP Warehouse Management, Business Process analysis, and utilizing Analytical Skills. The role will also involve implementing SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
2. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
3. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
4. Well versed with vendor master, OA, PR and PO enhancements.
5. Good in integration: IDOC and XML
6. Design, customize, configure, and test MM.
7. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
8. Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues.
9. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
10. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
11. Provide consulting services on both new implementation/changes and existing support projects
12. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
13. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
14. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
