We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Consultant with 2-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SAP CRM processes and be able to collaborate with clients to understand their business needs. The candidate should also be able to design and implement solutions that will help our clients achieve their business objectives.
The SAP CRM Consultant shall:
(a) Coordinate and prepare status reporting for the respective Functional team and identify key information that requires Client's management attention.
(b) Provide functional advisory for SAP CRM modules related operational Change Requests and validate with Business Process Owner.
(c) Review, discuss delivery issues, and prioritize improvement activity for functional scope in consultation with Client.
(d) Develop/Update Functional Design (FD) document and perform Development Acceptance Test (DAT) for in-scope Operational Change Requests.
(e) Provide functional solutions for operational Change Requests requirements and validate with Business Process Owner.
