Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Meet sales goals while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Assisting customers with finding products that meet their needs by giving advice and performing product demonstrations.
  • Suggesting products, explaining how products work, demonstrating how to use products in order to achieve the best results from IT.
  • Make sure stocks are well arranged and to replenish stocks whenever needed.
  • To communicate with superior on any issues, not only problems but also share market information i.e competitors sales, mechanics and promotion.
  • To assist place in order if theres out of stocks situation.

Job Requirements

  • Good customer service skills
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Able to start immideately
  • Able to work on shift
  • Have a positive image
