Ensuring team delivers excellence in customer service & experience
To recruit, train & motivate the team, and conduct performance reviews for our rewards and recognition programme
Ensure the smooth operation of the day-to-day salon activities
Motivate and coach employees to improve performance
Execute necessary leadership to lead, unite and develop the team
Plan, prepare and manage salon's financial administration
Plan, manage and control inventory record
Plan and implement Salon's policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Ensure and maintain an excellence and standardize service delivery to the customers (Service-minded)
Keep salon operating profitability according to budgetary guidelines
Ensure comfort at the salon and facility operates according to all safety and regulatory guidelines
Establish long-term client relationships that increases business and creates additional opportunities
Organize employees shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
Ensure the branch & all equipment is clean, working & serviced to a high standard
Ensure all treatments meet high quality standards
Maintain staff records, including working schedules and performance
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes
Job Requirements
Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above
Ability to establish and nurture relationships with the customers
A vibrant, proactive and energetic person with a good communication skills - Ability to explain, communicate and negotiate with the customers on the products and service offering
Demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the customer experience
