Technical Skills:
In this role you will support the development and execution of APJ Customer Communication Programs and Automations. You will play a hands-on role in building customer journeys and data automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contributing to the management and support of the Client, customer lifecycle journey, including but not limited to the deployment of new triggered campaigns and highly personalized multi-channel programs to enhance Client, customer experiences.
With an objective of growing client engaged customer base, you will work closely with stakeholders within the International Customer Management team (platform, analytics, CRM leads) as well as local business partners, to develop an ecosystem of automated touchpoints for APJ customers.
You will join the International Customer Management team responsible for customer strategy, base value, monetization, and brand consideration. As part of Digital Direct organization, you will support strategic direct to customers transformation.
