Job Description
As a Salesforce Developer for sales processes within the corporate CRM function, you play a crucial role in the design and further development of the Company's customer relationship management processes. In this challenging role, you will support the business in analyzing the requirements and implementing them on the Sales Competency Center for the CRM platforms in use. In addition, you can expect an exciting transformation project from PipeDrive or other CRM applications to Salesforce, of which you will be an integral part, working collaboratively with internal tech and data team and external ISV partners.
What You'll Do
- Solution Development: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning web components, and other technologies to meet business requirements.
- Integration: Implement integration of Salesforce with other systems, ensuring data consistency and a seamless user experience.
- Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce to optimize user experience and business processes.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Salesforce implementations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and follow best practices for coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and team members to gather business requirements and provide technical insights.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and proactively recommend improvements.
- Adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback, especially during code review.
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, App Builder, Application Architect)
- Minimum qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Salesforce sales cloud development and customization with at least one full cycle implementation.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce Page, Lightning web components, and SOQL.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, encompassing the configuration of users, permissions, objects, fields, workflows, flows, formulas, etc.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and data migration tools and CI/CD methods.
- Experience with Policy, Logging, Auditing and Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; Professional certifications (AGIEL or PMP or ITIL).
