Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will range from business consulting / analysis to project management activities in Salesforce implementation projects.
- Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology
Main tasks will be related to business analysis and project management on an end-to-end basis in Salesforce implementation projects:
- Business requirements: gather, analyze, improve, prioritize to implement Salesforce Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud
- Project management: plan, track, ensure key metrics are in line with project deadlines
- Problem solving: identify, mitigate, resolve outstanding issues for smooth project delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in at least 1 Salesforce Implementation
- 1-3 years experience in a Business Analyst/Project Management capacity
- Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team setting
- Insurance industry exposure will be an added advantage
