Job Description
You will harness the powerful capabilities of the Salesforce platform to deeply understand and optimize business processes, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across sales, service, and marketing domains. You will work closely with business teams and cross-functional departments, leveraging data-driven insights to design and drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ultimately realizing corporate business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis & Process Streamlining:
- Conduct in-depth interviews with business departments to gather and analyze user requirements, clearly defining the scope and targets for Salesforce implementation or enhancement.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing business processes, identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, and formulate optimization strategies accordingly.
- Solution Design & Configuration:
- Based on the outcomes of requirements analysis, leverage the distinctive features of the Salesforce platform to design customized CRM solutions, encompassing but not limited to sales process management, customer service workflows, and marketing automation modules.
- Utilize Salesforce's capabilities to swiftly configure systems, construct prototypes or demos, and collaboratively validate the feasibility of design proposals with the team.
- Data Model & Report Design:
- Design and implement Salesforce data models, ensuring they are logically sound and complete, meeting the needs of business analysis and decision-making.
- Create a variety of Salesforce reports and dashboards, providing real-time, intuitive business insights to both business teams and management, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- User Training & Support:
- Organize and conduct Salesforce user training sessions, authoring user manuals, operational guidelines, and other documentation to ensure users are proficient in system functionalities.
- Guide and assist the Salesforce operations team in providing ongoing technical support to clients, addressing user queries, and resolving issues encountered during system usage.
- Project Management & Quality Assurance:
- Develop Salesforce project implementation plans, monitor project progress, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Execute system testing and acceptance procedures to verify that solutions meet business requirements, exhibit stable performance, and maintain data accuracy.
- Continuous Optimization & Innovation:
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions, gather user feedback, propose and implement improvement measures, and continuously refine business processes and user experiences.
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and industry best practices, introducing innovative ideas and technologies to elevate the company's Salesforce utilization maturity.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience:
A minimum of 3 years experience in Salesforce implementation, consulting, or relevant business analysis, with a proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects.
Familiarity with sales, customer service, and marketing domains, with a preference given to candidates possessing industry-specific background.
- Skills & Certifications: Proficiency in the Salesforce platform, encompassing core products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, holding certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or other relevant professional accreditations. Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data analysis, along with practical experience using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Language: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, effectively engaging with business personnel, IT teams, and senior management to convey technical concepts and business requirements. A strong problem-solving and innovative mindset, capable of tackling complex business scenarios and delivering tailored solutions. A meticulous work ethic and project management prowess, ensuring projects proceed according to schedule and meet quality standards.
