Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for:

Vendor Management:

Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors.

Negotiate terms and ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues.

Client Management:

Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Direct Hiring Support:

Assist in direct hiring efforts by coordinating with internal HR and external partners.

Source and screen candidates for relevant positions.

Participate in interviews and help streamline the hiring process.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders (vendors, clients, and hiring activities).

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems is a plus.
