Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online platforms (e.g., company website, social media, email), addressing questions related to advertising products, design, orders, payments, delivery, etc.
Assist the advertising sales team with daily order processing and customer communication, ensuring the accuracy and timely handling of advertising project orders.
Update and maintain information on advertising products and projects, ensuring all online sales channels display accurate and up-to-date information.
Support the advertising sales team with data entry, sales report generation, and other daily administrative tasks to achieve sales targets.
Follow up on customer feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, promptly addressing after-sales issues, and enhancing customer loyalty.
Collaborate with company marketing and promotional activities, updating advertising content to ensure consistency and accuracy in online advertising campaigns.
Complete other administrative and sales support tasks assigned by supervisors, assisting in optimizing customer experience and improving business efficiency.
Job Requirements
High school Diploma or above; candidates with experience in customer service or sales support are preferred, and experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic English proficiency to manage customer needs in a multilingual environment (e.g., English and Bahasa Malaysia).
Proficient in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to quickly learn and operate online sales systems.
Excellent Communication Skills, Capable of Effectively Interacting with customers via Email, Social Media, etc., to handle inquiries.
Strong Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, and Multitasking Abilities.
Experience with advertising products or e-commerce platform operations is preferred; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team spirit and the ability to actively collaborate with the team to complete tasks.
