Job DescriptionAssist the sales team with the preparation and processing of sales orders.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Handle client inquiries and provide necessary support to resolve issues.
Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Diploma (Open to all course)
Around 2 years experience in sales support related
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am 5:30pm
