Seeking an organized and customer-oriented professional for a Sales Support & Office Admin role, where you'll manage daily operations, assist the sales team, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities :-
Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service by helping customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchasing decisions.
  • Order Processing: Handle sales orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely product availability and delivery.
Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Merchandising: Support the presentation of products in-store and online, ensuring displays are attractive and up-to-date.Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage schedules, and handle office-related duties to support daily operations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest music products, instruments, and accessories to provide expert advice to customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage and update customer databases, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
Reporting: Generate sales and inventory reports to assist in decision-making and strategy development.

  • Job Requirements :-
Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or retail, preferably in the music industry.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of musical instruments, accessories, and related products.Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively and professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, office staff, and management.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and support sales processes.Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to assist in closing sales and up-selling.
