Sales Support Indoor (Logistic) - Kuala Lumpur

• Minimum Secondary school or Diploma holders in Sales/Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Administration/Transport or equivalent
  

• Ability to write and converse effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language is added advantage
  

• Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  

• Pleasant personality with good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills and ability to interact well at all levels
  

• Knowledge of freight forwarding or logistics industry (Air-Freight, Sea-Freight, Trucking, and Warehouse) is added advantage
  

• Highly motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
  

• Possess own transport with valid licenses
  
  
• Major Responsibilities :

• To assist Biz Development/ Sales Manager/ Assist. Manager oversees and manages Business Development dept.
  

• Assist the Salesperson to prepare quotations pertaining to Airfreight, Sea freight, Trucking, and Warehousing according to customers requirements.
  

• Able to make a requisition and negotiation of rates from Airlines, GSA, Shipping Lines, NVOCC, and other sub-contractors.
  

• Responsible to assist SM/SAM in ISO Matters and SOP compliance
  

• Responsible to send regular Circulars to Customers, Business Associates, HEX/HHE Overseas Group companies, and Agents
  

• Responsible to reply to customer inquiries on behalf of the salesperson while they are not available as well as overseas inquiries.
  

• To prepare Monthly Tonnage Reports and other sales-related statistics.
  
  8 To assist the Manager/HOD dept in achieving the company goals and
  
  9 To perform tasks given by HOD as per instruction
