Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support Executive at Smart Rental in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, preparing sales-related documents, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating sales activities.

Qualifications

• Sales Support, Customer Service, and Administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in the tech industry or sustainability sector is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
