Develop and execute product operations strategies to achieve growth objectives in the Attractions, Tours, F&B, & Events vertical.- Responsible for local activities products developing and sourcing management, supplier relationship maintenance, cooperation agreement signing and negotiation according to company strategy and policy;
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technology teams to integrate new offerings seamlessly into N3 platform.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and market gaps
Build and nurture relationships with key industry players and stakeholders to drive business expansion and innovation.- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, quotation, pricing, upselling, and promotional initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.- Proven track record of 3 - 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales roles within the travel, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking suppliers).
- Strong understanding of attractions, tours, F&B, events ecosystem with established industry networks (Preferably with knowledge in Southeast Asia, East Asia and Middle East region).
Experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing partner relationships.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
