Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Support Engineer role at Nippon Micrometal Malaysia, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the sales team and customers. The role involves assisting with product demonstrations, conducting technical presentations, preparing sales proposals and reports, and resolving customer inquiries and issues. The position is a hybrid role, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the company's products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience in a sales support or technical support role is preferred, Especially in Semiconductor industry
