Sales Support and Admin Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer inquiries or issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence to support day-to-day operations.
Coordinate logistics for export shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight arrangements.
  • Collaborate with international distributors and agents to facilitate sales and ensure compliance with export regulations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the cabinetry industry.
Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay languages (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and regulations is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,700.00 per month
