Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our vibrant business development team. As a key player in our business development process, you will provide essential support to our business development representatives, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our overall business success. Your role will involve coordinating with different teams, managing order processes, and assisting with clients inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient sales experience.

  • Responsibilities
Co-respondent via email or phone for all partners.
  • Check data accuracy in order for partners application, agreement, proposal and execution site reporting.
Contact clients/ partner to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the operation/ technical department to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain and update sales and customer/ partner records.
  • Develop monthly Site/Sales reports.
Communicate important feedback from customers/ partners internally.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Stay up to date with new products and features.
  • Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
  • Hands on experience with CRM/ERP software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Can speak and write in Chinese will be added advantage.
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
