As PNC Ambassador and role model to team members.- Key support to Boutique Manager on day-to-day boutique operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, VM, logistics, store operations, etc.
Key support to Boutique Manager in people management, e.g., coaching and motivating team members.
- Client development, including recruitment, retention, engagement, and always promoting the spirit of excellent client experience.
Embrace PNC selling ceremony, enthusiastic in achieving sales targets and optimizing every selling opportunity.- Pillar to teamwork and harmonious work environment at the boutique.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion retail/luxury retail.- Minimum 2 years of mid-managerial experience in fashion/luxury retail.
Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition.
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury retail industry.
Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.- Solid leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, vibrant, positive energy, and go-getter.
- Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy.
Good spoken English; the ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
